To complete this request you will need:

• Your UOW Username and password (used to log into UOW Staff Mail).
• The Subject Code
• The name of the tutorial/prac/lab class you are wanting to evaluate.

IMPORTANT: All UOW Teacher Evaluations for Lectures are conducted online using the Subject and Teacher Evaluation Platform STEP. Please opt into Lecture evaluations via STEP. Only tutorial/demonstrator/workshop evaluations can be submitted here
